His manners are great and his speech polite, unless he finds himself chased by officers again, then he tends to fall back into his old traits and habits - as the old Victorian trickster he was before a witch accidentally cursed him into a neverending existence.
Loulous loves music, fun, drinking and ladies - as a gentleman, of course. Everything else would be against his principles.
If he's not singing somewhere, he can be found sitting with friends and tea. Or taking walks in parks.
If he happens to throw glitter as a decoy, or Monopoly money falls out of his pockets which he carries around for the fun and feeling of imaginary wealth - well, that's him. Don't think too much about it.
